Lori Ann Moeszinger, Founder and CEO of The Ridge Publishing Group, Reflects on a Transformative Year and Announces Bold Plans for 2025

Coeur d’Alene, Idaho – January 06, 2025 – Lori Ann Moeszinger, Founder and CEO of The Ridge Publishing Group, is pleased to present the 2024 CEO Annual Report: Building Foundations and Shaping the Future. Reflecting on a year marked by strategic growth, platform expansion, and publishing innovation, this report highlights the company’s achievements and sets the stage for an ambitious 2025. From restructuring websites and launching new book series to preparing for a large-scale YouTube and social media rollout, 2024 has been a year of transformation.

Q1: Restructuring and Refinement

The Ridge Publishing Group began 2024 by splitting its existing Author Website (LAMoeszinger.com) into two distinct platforms to enhance focus and improve user experience. The updated Author Website (LAMoeszinger.com) now serves as the central hub for Lori Ann Moeszinger’s personal story and branding. It highlights two major book releases in Q3—“Total Surrender: My Story and Your Blueprint for a Meaningful Life” and “When Death Knocked at My Door: The 5 Moments that Changed My Life.” These titles reflect Moeszinger’s personal journey and blueprint for purposeful living.

Simultaneously, NewYouniversityChronicles.com was launched as the home for The Manhattan Diaries series. This 21-book narrative, published by the Urban Chronicles Publishing House, is designed to reveal untapped personal dimensions through captivating storytelling. The Manhattan Diaries series was divided into four thematic mini-series—“Manhattan Allure – Just Like That,” “Manhattan Vitality – Just Like That,” “Manhattan Lifestyle – Just Like That,” and “Manhattan Ambition – Just Like That.” Leveraging Amazon’s rapid-release strategy, books were published in close succession throughout Q2, Q3, and Q4 to maximize visibility and engagement.

Q2–Q4: Publishing Portfolio Expansion

Throughout the remainder of the year, The Ridge Publishing Group made significant strides in publishing both faith-based and business-focused resources. Under its faith-based imprint, the company released “The Living Waters Series” and its prequel, “Passion for Christ: New Beginnings.” Plans are already in motion to spin off the Guardians of Biblical Truth as its own standalone website in 2025. This initial launch will feature a landing page to collect email subscriptions before transitioning into a fully developed platform. This phased approach allows for a data-driven comparison of landing page versus full website performance.

On the business front, the Empire Builders Series was introduced to equip entrepreneurs with actionable strategies. Titles in this series include:

  • “Brick by Brick: The Entrepreneur’s Guide to Constructing a Company”—building and scaling businesses.
  • “Mark Your Territory: Navigating Trademarks in the Modern Marketplace”—protecting and managing intellectual property.
  • “From Idea to Empire: Master the Art of Business Planning”—developing business plans for long-term success.
  • “Beyond the Pen: Copyright Strategies for Modern Creators”—securing creative work.
  • “Legal Ink: Navigating the Legalese of Publishing”—understanding publishing contracts and rights.

Additionally, the Empire Blueprint Series launched three volumes focusing on case studies and strategies:

  1. Volume 1:Vision, Strategy, and Personal Branding.
  2. Volume 2:Leadership, Innovation, and Resilience.
  3. Volume 3:Growth, Digital Presence, and Legacy Building.

Q3–Q4: Course Corrections and Experimentation

The Ridge Publishing Group took a data-driven approach to assess its strategies in 2024. While the Amazon Rapid Release Program was tested for The Manhattan Diaries series, it did not generate placement on Amazon’s New Release List, leading to the decision to move away from Amazon’s pre-set timelines and adopt custom release schedules going forward.

Meanwhile, efforts to revive interest in the Ethan Fox Books series included the release of four book bundles over four months. Two book trailers for “Ethan Fox and the Eyes of the Desert Sand” and “Ethan Fox and the Shadow Princess” were uploaded to the Ethan Fox website, setting the stage for broader marketing in 2025.

Digital Expansion and Future-Ready Platforms

Recognizing the importance of digital platforms, the company secured nine YouTube channels aligned with its nine websites and blog sites. Video trailers were created for each channel to establish consistency across platforms. The official launch of these channels is scheduled for Q2 2025. In preparation, the company is refining its Amazon KDP presence and preparing to engage audiences through Goodreads and other social platforms.

Publishing Innovation and Modernization

A highlight of 2024 was the publication of “AuthorsDoor Edition: Elements of Style Revisited—The Written Companion.” This updated version of the writing classic blends timeless principles with contemporary insights, empowering today’s writers to adapt to evolving standards. The three-part structure provides commentary on modern practices, annotated guidance on the original text, and expanded insights on developing a unique writing voice.

Looking Ahead to 2025

With a solid foundation laid in 2024, the focus shifts to scaling operations and launching new initiatives in 2025. Key goals include:

  1. Launching theGuardians of Biblical Truth
  2. Rolling out thenine YouTube channels and executing a coordinated social media strategy.
  3. Strengthening presence onGoodreads and Amazon KDP.
  4. Developingonline courses and enhancing email marketing funnels.
  5. Transitioning to custom release schedules to optimize book sales and visibility.
